This is a 60-minute interactive journaling session designed for Breasties at any stage—whether you’re newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, years into survivorship, or a caregiver learning to navigate a changing relationship with your own body. The session will begin with a grounding breathwork exercise to bring us into presence, followed by storytelling and reflection on what it means to live inside a body that has changed.

Using curated writing prompts, we’ll explore themes like body grief, identity, touch, resilience, and the quiet work of returning to ourselves after trauma. Breasties will be given space to write at their own pace, with optional opportunities to share with a partner or with the group. It’s soft, powerful, and deeply affirming.

Format:
• 60 minutes
• Breathwork grounding
• Storytelling + Prompt Delivery
• Guided writing
• Optional partner/group share + closing reflection

Materials Needed:
Tissue boxes, notebooks and pens. I’ll bring the prompts, energy, and safe space.💛
