Ready to shake off stress, tap into joy, and reconnect with your body?

Join Jackie and Jamal for a high-energy, beginner-friendly salsa class rooted in rhythm, culture, and healing. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to move.

Jackie is a breast cancer thriver and lifelong dancer who rediscovered her strength, femininity, and joy through salsa dancing. Jamal—aka “Mally Mambo”—is a lifelong dancer whose journey spans ballet, breakdancing, Afro-Cuban traditions, and salsa, deeply connected to his heritage and a love of shared movement.
Together, they’ll guide you through the basics of salsa in a supportive and empowering space where expression comes first and technique follows. You’ll dance to vibrant music, connect with your community, and most of all—celebrate your beautiful, capable, alive body.

Whether you're stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or simply ready to feel something new, this class is for you. Come as you are. Leave lighter in spirit and stronger in self.
