About me
I have been a rower since 1984 and a coach since 1991. I have coached College (LaSalle U and U of Delaware in the 90s). I currently coach Masters - LTR, sculling and Racing programs at Wilmington Rowing Center (WRC). I started a High School team (Charter School of Wilmington, DE) in 2012 which is flourishing. I started a Breast Cancer Survivor Rowing program (WeCanRow WIlmington) in 2024. I'm on the Steering Committee for the Survivor Rowing Network.
I'm always finding ways to get more educated on the many aspects of rowing and coaching.
