About me
Maria Montoya is a 2x breast cancer survivor, Li-Fraumeni Syndrome mutant, and passionate patient advocate. She brings hands-on experience supporting cancer patients and families through her work with the Cancer Support Community in St. Louis, and as Co-Chair of the Patient & Family Advisory Council at Siteman Cancer Center. She is passionate about equity in cancer care and helping communities co-create solutions that reflect their real experiences. Her workshops use community-based systems thinking to amplify voices, build connections, and spark actionable change.
