Lindsey Baker, Founder of LR Baker Consulting, empowers nonprofits nationwide to lead with mission and impact. A former nonprofit COO, Lindsey brings experience in strategy, operations, talent management, fundraising, governance, and mission-driven programming. Diagnosed at 35 with aggressive breast cancer, Lindsey advocates passionately for breast and gynecological health and champions organizations like The Breasties. Her personal journey fuels her efforts to empower others to navigate life during and after diagnosis. Lindsey holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Emory University and an MBA from Northwestern University and serves on several nonprofit boards in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona.
