About me
Genna Freed, diagnosed with Stage 0 ER/PR+ breast cancer in December 2022, navigated her diagnosis shortly after her mother's. Three chest surgeries followed, including a mastectomy and aesthetic flat closure, marking a challenging journey. Despite this, Genna remains a vibrant individual. She's a mother to five-year-old Mia, a communications director, and an enthusiastic swimmer and reader. A true eldest daughter, she finds solace in Lake Erie during summer and cozy crocheting in winter, residing in Northwest Ohio.
