Movement + Mindfulness: Morning Cacao Ceremony + Intention Setting FULL
Friday June 6, 2025 8:00am - 8:45am EDT
Opening the Heart | Setting the Tone | Welcoming the Weekend

Join us as we begin our Camp Breastie weekend with a grounding and heart-opening Cacao Ceremony designed to welcome you into the space, connect you to your intentions, and unite us in community. Led by holistic practitioner and Journey with Cacao co-founder Ally Lyons, this ceremony is a sacred invitation to slow down, open your heart, and begin the weekend from a place of presence, curiosity, and connection.

Cacao—known as “The Food of the Gods”—is a gentle, sacred plant medicine that supports emotional healing, creative insight, and deeper self-awareness. During this opening circle, we’ll sip ceremonial-grade cacao together, reflect on our personal and collective intentions, and create space for the medicine to show us what we need—individually and as a community.

Expect mindfulness, intention setting, gentle movement or breathwork, and meaningful moments of sharing—all held in a loving, supportive container.

Let this ceremony be your grounding moment—a soft yet powerful start to a weekend of transformation and soul-nourishing connection.

Movement + Mindfulness: Yoga for Fatigue
Friday June 6, 2025 2:00pm - 3:00pm EDT
Being impacted by cancer can leave us feeling fatigued whether that's from surgery, treatment, or a combination of both. This yoga class will be centered around coping with fatigue and gently moving the body while utilizing a chair for support. Perfect for all levels, whether you are seasoned practitioner or have never practiced yoga, this class offers a serene space to rest, restore, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. All you'll need is to bring yourself and a yoga mat (if you can)!

Accessibility:
Impact: no to low

If you are someone recently recovering from surgery (less than 6 weeks), it is recommended that you speak to your medical provider regarding any limitations you may have in movement. However, modifications will be provided.

Workshop: Fuck the New Normal- Redefine Your Life by Aligning With Your Values
Friday June 6, 2025 4:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
There’s nothing empowering about being told, “This is just your new normal.” Join this one-hour workshop as we resolutely reject someone elses definition of our lives. Instead of settling for our old selves, but with a sheen of cancer, let’s redefine life and focus on what really matters to us. Living in alignment with your personal values, in big and small ways, can foster deep meaning, fulfillment, and a more authentic life.

What in your life brings you vitality and meaning? In this one-hour interactive workshop, you will learn about values and the benefits of living a life aligned with your own personal values. You will start to define or refine your own core values. Then, you will identify small actionable steps that resonate with your values- leaving with ideas to further step into the life you define for yourself.

Please bring a journal or notebook.

Restore Your Energy | Ground Your Spirit | Connect Within

Step into a space of deep calm and energetic renewal during this Group Reiki and Meditation experience, guided by Reiki Practitioner and wellness facilitator Ally Lyons. Designed to gently balance your energy, release emotional tension, and bring you back into harmony, this session offers a nurturing pause amid the movement of the weekend.

We'll begin with a guided meditation to ground the body and quiet the mind, followed by a collective Reiki experience—an energetic healing practice that channels life force energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. As Ally holds space, participants will be invited to relax, receive, and simply be.

This group experience is open to all—no previous meditation or energy healing experience is required. Come as you are, and allow yourself to soften into stillness, reconnect with your inner self, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply aligned.

What to Bring:
  • A yoga mat or blanket

Movement + Mindfulness: Gentle Flow Yoga + Yoga Nidra Meditation
Sunday June 8, 2025 8:00am - 8:45am EDT
Join Lynn for a deeply restorative mindfulness session designed to support both your physical and emotional well-being. We’ll begin with a gentle yoga sequence—accessible from either a seated or standing position—to help release tension and ground the body. From there, we’ll shift our focus to the breath, calming the nervous system and preparing for deeper relaxation. The session concludes with an extended Savasana featuring a soothing Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Practiced lying down, Yoga Nidra invites you into a state of conscious rest, offering a unique opportunity to access the subconscious mind for insight, healing, and transformation. This practice is ideal for deep introspection and a meaningful transition back into daily life after the camp experience.
