Join Lynn for a deeply restorative mindfulness session designed to support both your physical and emotional well-being. We’ll begin with a gentle yoga sequence—accessible from either a seated or standing position—to help release tension and ground the body. From there, we’ll shift our focus to the breath, calming the nervous system and preparing for deeper relaxation. The session concludes with an extended Savasana featuring a soothing Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Practiced lying down, Yoga Nidra invites you into a state of conscious rest, offering a unique opportunity to access the subconscious mind for insight, healing, and transformation. This practice is ideal for deep introspection and a meaningful transition back into daily life after the camp experience.
