We'll begin with a guided meditation to ground the body and quiet the mind, followed by a collective Reiki experience—an energetic healing practice that channels life force energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. As Ally holds space, participants will be invited to relax, receive, and simply be.
This group experience is open to all—no previous meditation or energy healing experience is required. Come as you are, and allow yourself to soften into stillness, reconnect with your inner self, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply aligned.
